Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. Mr. Abdulmalek helped us a lot. He gave detailed information about the hotel and the city. The hotel is located very close to the center and the train station. The cleanliness, layout and size of the room are amazing. I will definitely choose it when I come to Prague again. Thanks

Elysee Hotel is a good option in Praha, rooms are big and clean. Abdulmalek, the hotel receptionist, was really nice and make our stay so smoothly.

A nice and convenient hotel

There are several hotels on and around Wenceslas Square, the Elysee being one of them. The entrance is not easy to find on first visit as it is at the far end of an arcade. Having said that it is in a great position for the main sights of the city. You can walk to all of them except one - Prague Castle. The hotel was not disappointing. It was clean, our room was large with a bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. The safe is free to use. The one disappointment was that we couldn't find any English channels on the t.v. except sky news, which didn't work. Breakfast was OK, catering mainly for the continentals. There were cold meats and cheese, various types of bread and cakes. There was also boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages and chopped bacon. One morning there was cooked carrots and broccoli!! For breakfast ! Strange. For those who wish to know, Wenceslas Square is actually a long rectangle. The hotel is situated roughly a quarter down from the top end. At the top there is a McDonald's and right outside there is an entry to the Metro. Halfway down the Square there is a main road on which a multitude of trams operate in all directions. Carry on down and soon you will reach the Old Town, with the famous clock. Walk a few minutes more and you reach Charles Bridge. Finally, would we stay at the Elysee Hotel again, absolutely yes.

This hotel was a real surprise. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was various..... we stayed 3 days and they changed just few things during the time... but it was still very good.... The location is fantastic, just on the Wenceslas square and very friendly staff. AbdulMalek helped us to get the parking place, which is not in the hotel but few min walk from there... No big deal. The price was fair. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.
